Nichola shares valuable insights on how she overcame recent health challenges that prompted her to reassess her approach to work. We discuss the importance of listening to our bodies, believing in ourselves, and taking time for rest. Nichola offers practical tips on health, wellness and entrepreneurship. One of my key takeaways from our chat was that "If we don’t look after our bodies, we will have nowhere to live." A valuable reminder to prioritise health in all areas of our lives.
