I might even get worried when I’ve nothing concrete to worry about! Of course, worrying is part of our defence mechanism.
We predict the worst case scenario in a futile effort to gain some control.
In this week’s episode, I explore some of the underlying limiting beliefs we run that bubble up as excessive worry and most importantly I share strategies that you can apply when your worrying mind is racing away with itself.”
